My friends and family know I'm not an alcoholic drinker but I love juices; iced teas are particularly one of my favorites. With the summers getting hotter, it's important we take measures to cool down, and this easy and delicious recipe is a great drink to sip on a hot day pool or beach side.

7 cups of water

1 1/2 cup of mango juice

1 1/2 cup sugar

juice of one lemon

4 lemongrass teabags

2 green tea teabags

In a medium pot, allow water to come to a boil, turn your stove off and add teabags.

Allow tea to steep 5-7 minutes and then stir in sugar. (You want to add your sugar when the tea is still warm so that it dissolves easier.)

Once tea has cooled, add lemon and mango juice then stir.

Pour tea over ice and enjoy!

Love Always,

Nina
